Did you know you can’t get anything unless you’re wired for it?
Create your reality through conscious thoughts & action, wiring your brain for what you desire is critical for creating the perfect mindset for success.
I don’t believe it has to take forever for us to change into the person we’re choosing to become to live our full potential, although it takes commitment & effort.
Here are 3 ways to wire your Brain for Change to Create your reality ~
1.) Do something New & Different~ According to scientists; we have about 60,000 thoughts a day. That’s one thought per second during every waking hour. What’s even crazier is that “of those 60,000 thoughts, 95 percent are the same thoughts you had yesterday, and the day before, and the day before that. Your mind is like a record player playing the same record over and over again, no wonder it could take forever to change.
When we do something new our brain circuits respond by stretching our neuroplasticity, and activating new pathways and when we do this often enough, neurons in our brain are reinforced making stronger connections creating new positive habits.
Flip the script on yourself, take a risk, do something out of your comfort zone, go out of your routine, see through the eyes of someone else or lean into something that challenges you. You become empowered in the most unlikely places, when you’re open to new things. A new you emerges in the contrast of the ordinary, when you change your reality changes.
2.) Dreaming it into Reality~ visualizing or daydreaming has a large impact on our brain. A study was done with 2 groups with a piano exercise, the first group learned one handed exercises with chords & scales. Brain scans showed new areas were activated after the exercises; they created a new mind and new circuits flourished!
The second group was asked to just visualize & mentally play the chords & scales and what they found was the same areas of the brain were being activated and the same connections were being made as the group who physically demonstrated the exercises.
The brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s being played out in the external and internal world. Internal transformation changes our outer reality.
So you can literally dream yourself into a new reality by rewiring your brain through visualizing and mentally stimulating your mind to embed the new vibrations into your cells.
Abraham Hicks suggests starting with 17 seconds to build upon those seconds of visualizing to get to the 68 second mark without contradictory thoughts, you can attract & affect physical manifestation.
Fantasizing can now be your job, think Steven Spielberg, Twilight rock star author Stephenie Meyer or Fashionista & artist Gaga.
3.) Experience ~ When we have knowledge of something first hand and not just in our intellect passed through others beliefs, the experience changes the game personally for us. Knowledge is for the brain where experience is for the body and when our behavior reflects our conscious thoughts we are congruent, meaning we’re align mind & body and when we get the results we want, we change and evolve.
So go out and be open to experiencing & experimenting on what works for you.
“All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.”~Ralph Waldo Emerson
Think of life as a lab and we’re all mad scientists living life to the fullest including failures & success, but we’ll never know or have fun on this journey if we don’t move out of our comfort zone to experience an amazing adventure called life.
I’ve had some life altering circumstances that’s allowed me to see life in a different way and because of that I’m open to new experiences that have allowed me to experiment with higher ways of thinking & being, which has impacted my perception of life tremendously. As a result I see life with different lenses, but they’re my lenses and they allow me to see the abundant, magnificent & synchronistic universe around me. I would have never known this unless I experimented & experienced life.
I once wanted to write a book, “I lost my mind and I liked it” and as I think about it maybe I’ll re-title it to “I lost my mind and I Loved it!”
Ultimately your dream reality is waiting for you; you just have to create those new circuits leading you to it step by step.
Sending you much love & support,
